Oscar has nominated her again! I haven't seen this movie she's nominated for, "The Hours", but am I the only one who doesn't get her? To me... she's just slightly more exciting than watching paint dry.

Jesus, Moulon Rouge couldn't have been more fucking annoying and pointless.

I wasn't all that crazy about Moulin Rouge either. I watched about 1/2 of it and that was that. Kidman was the only thing in that movie that kept me watching it that long.

Look, don't get me wrong I like a musical as much as the next closet bisexual, West Side Story for example is one of my all time favorite movies. Mathew Broderick's Music Man coming up soon on TV is giving me anticipatory wood. No kidding.

That said, I HATED moulin rouge.

But not enough that I will waste another precious moment of my ever dwindling life discussing it.

When I saw her in the previews for Moulin Rouge, I wanted to see the movie. She looked pretty hot. The movie, unfortunately, was the dumbest piece of crap I'd ever seen. It seems like they started out making one movie and halfway through decided to make it a comedy somehow.
