Tried to contact all of them via email 3 days ago, NOBODY answered.

Are they still alive and accepting new merchants?

The only one answering, that answered pretty quick was ccbill.

Is there another way to contact those processors?

In the USA there is something called Memorial Day Weekend - this is when everything stops, BBQ is on, and the beer is flowing.

That said, I cannot give an excuse for the EU companies, unless there was some kind of a religious holiday (like 'pinse') going on.... As for Verotel - well, they are having a tough time even responding to us and our merchants, holiday or no holiday.
