It sucks that they got rid of the $1 per free signups, I don't promote any webcam sites but had been thinking about using Chaturbate until they announced revshare only.

I think some people here make decent money from Chaturbate's revshare though.

I still have some hits going out to them which I haven't changed over. I thought I'd keep some small feelers out in case it converted. Just a couple hundred hits a day or so but it's clicked webcam traffic. I've made about 30 tier1 frees since the change. Not one dime in revshare sales credited to me. Not a good sample size but there you go.

Also it's pretty easy to find free show there,you can simply see those who doing it for free or simply wait till someone else tip.Maybe this model is good for site owner but hardly for affiliates.

Ya, I put some ads on a site on May 7 and since then I've sent 69 free signups with no income at all. Not sure how long to wait before I try a different sponsor. Afterall all it takes is one person who decides they want to start spending.

Was thinking about trying that other webcam site someone mentioned here that still pays on free signups. Can't remember the name now but it was mentioned in one of the last chaturbate threads.

I think it's one of the Crakrevenue sites. But from what I understand it's different than Chaturbate's old $1 program in that the frees need to verify their email whereas with Chaturbate an email address wasn't even required.

One I was thinking of was tubecamgirl.com. I just signed up so I am going to switch some links out later and see if it fairs any better. Just going through their promo materials though and disappointed to see there are no embed style ads like on chaturbate. Also looks a little "amateurish".

Kind of tells a story if everyone was making $$ on free signups but nothing on revshare.

Cam sites with credit card sign ups work great for rev share in my experience thus far. It's so easy to buy credits after the initial free join that the temptation is just too much for most.

Getting a few Tier1 in revshare as well not a dime spent either.

Well it works good for me plus if you were making $1 joins before i think they let you keep it

It seems that they removed me from the $1 signups but didn't migrate my links.

Well I'm making a few nickles but I was making 10x more on the $1 per-free... 1300/175/230 tier 1/2/3 signups spent about $1100 which pays me about $220 this period so far.

How is tubecamgirl working out?

Lots of tier1 revshare signups that don't spend a penny.

I gave up on them once they changed to rev only.

But on the upside, I now make good tips as a camboy on chaturbate. Thanks to everyone who sends converting traffic that spends money on me.

(SCAM) chaturbate.com is a scam

1. They steal your traffic from the affiliate links.
Try this go to chaturbate get your link codes and go to any of the link's and
You will see on the top side and bottom banners for other website. Also click a few
Times and you will see a pop under for another site. You get credit for NONE of this.

2. The chaturbate API does not count joins.
Try this go to chaturbate dot com/affiliates/promotools/ and try out the API run this on your website
Or wordpress blog. To test this out join with one of the API's you have set up and guess what
You get no join in your chaturbate stats.

3. The old ($1.00 Pay Per Registration) links do not transfer over to (Revshare - 20% of Money Spent)
This is another way they steal your joins.

I have some spending customer, but have seen a huge drop in free signup afther April 26. Dont know why because same traffic and hits, using there API for WL.

Doesn't seem like a bad idea to just jack off in front of a webcam all day and get paid for it.

My revshare sales have been solid for months but this period it all changed. Down like 50%.

Why wouldn't you just promote myfreecams and get paid $2.50 per free?

If you miss the pay per lead take a look at tubecamgirl. We give 50 cent "only" but then extra dollars if the guys watch streams so the average is $1 or more. And we pay that for euro countries too (crak go revshare for euro). Disclaimer: we have some leaks but is small links only.

I starting to redirect some traffic to them, but they dont have any WL option as chaturbate have.

I had a good thing going until they realised that they couldn't monetise the free sign up programme. This 14 day period i made $2.20. Time to say goodbye, my domain is worth a lot more than that.

How are clicks counted to the webcam site? Just using the default link code but doesn't seem to be counting clicks yet in the stats, although I just signed up so maybe it takes a while to show up?

Stats update once per hour at around 25 min past the hour. I believe all hits to the crakrev landing page are counted and joins are counted when surfer confirms his signup email.

For a while I sent about 4k hits per day with popups and earned about $10 a day. I did a test where I only sent US traffic to it, and about 50% of sales were in tier 2 and 3. So I'm pretty sure they shave (or whatever you want to call it) quite bad.

Not saying there's nothing fishy going on (although my geo-based stuff seemed to work more or less perfectly with them when I was using it), but the tiers are meaningless with revshare hits.

I have never seen a chat service with so many offline girls and whatever they got. Amazing.

Chaturbate sucks period , stats are terrible and I pulled all my links never had so many sign ups that didnt purchase shit in my life...

It was the traffic leaks that made me stop promoting them eventually. There's no knowing how much of your traffic got stolen and they kept the profit. Their pages are loaded with ads you don't get any revenue from yet it's still your traffic. They would have no profit from these conversions if you didn't send it in the first place and that's just not a program you want to stick with.

Traffic leaks it was not a so big problem when chaturbate paid $1 per free user, as some people was doing good money the same. After April when it became only revshare, the leaks it matters more, because if you not make money, you try to find an excuse why "it must be the leaks". However look in member areas of pay sites, in most there's banners to other programs (include our cam plugin in some) and affiliates get nothing - more subtle leaks, after the sign-up, even if all clean on home and galls..
An affiliate will keep promoting what brings more money, not due to principles (see how many people talk bad here of certain sites, then really do business with them), so if a site without leaks converts worst than one with leaks, the one with leaks it is the choice.
Of course leaks can be a popups and banners farm on top and sides - or very few links at the bottom of page only, this is also very different.
