If you registered at Turkey paypal,then you need Turkey debit card to verify.Adding non-turkey card wont work.

Just buy another prepaid cc.

fully verified US PayPal account is : US bank account, social security number, US debit/credit card.

When did they add in the need of a SSN? I have a verified Premier Paypal account and only needed a bank account and debit card.

Capitol One will give ANYONE a credit card with a pretty nice limit. I get their shit in my mail all the time.

If its the same as the euro ones it's when you receive more than around $5k a year.
