Not sure about it. I need to look into it - I only heard of this stuff a few days ago.

It's only for very high risk people. Primarily for sero-disconcordant couples where one is poz and the other is neg.

This is not a panacea to replace testing and/or condoms.

The cost is high, there are side effects and it can lead to unwise sexual decisions.

Curious how this will work against the HIV sub-strains.
