Starting on-site SEO is 250.00 and up depending on how big the site is.

Since the Penguin update I've noticed that I rank a lot higher on keywords I have not done any onpage-SEO for, only backlinks with that keyword. Anyone see the same?

Pengun update is still messy. Wait few weeks until it gets sorted out, than you can make an idea abut it.
