Has every European webmaster here got their privacy policies and cookie opt outs sorted yet? The new law comes into effect in the UK on the 27th of this month.

Another great law by people who try to regulate things they don't understand.

"A spokeswoman for the ICO said its approach to enforcement would be proportionate when taking into account the impact a cookie has on the privacy rights of a UK consumer."

Hopefully a CCBill cookie that tracks for potential affiliate payments isn't seen as a large breach of privacy
