Yes. Ben Tao owns ELM. He is also the Offbeatr.com owner....good guy from what I know off him and always seems to be working on interesting projects. I've tried ELM a few times with nice results.

Same here met Ben last year at a show, great guy :thumbsup

Tried ELM for a couple of gigs (Webcam Custom Videos) and got great results.

I wish the site was a bit different tho, when you ask for a gig to be done and the girls accept, it gets complicated to get in touch with them etc... and the site seems to be SLOW a lot...
I wish they copied more of Fiverr's user backend/functionality

Looks like 1.00-1.50 per credit depending on how much you buy
