Teeth sensitive after drinking 2-3-4 Energy Drinks???

Teeth sensitive after drinking 2-3-4 Energy Drinks???

Is this just me??

My teeth seem to get sensitive after drinking 2 or 3 Energy drinks (ripIT/ Monster, etc)

Anyone else?

What causes it?

raymor 05-02-2012 11:32 PM

Do those energy drinks say "servings per container: 2"?

You just had eight servings of caffeine, sugar, and guarana. Just snort a line already. ;)

I don't think so?

leg4 05-02-2012 11:43 PM

This is all during a 12-24 hour period

Adult Insider Matt 05-02-2012 11:48 PM

Most i drank was 3 in about an hour and i didn't have a problem. Didn't hear anyone else complain about it either.
Maybe your teeth are too sensitive.

anexsia 05-03-2012 12:00 AM

I drink a lot of Monster, AMP, and Full Throttle...never had a problem with teeth being sensitive.

baryl 05-03-2012 12:19 AM

:1orglaugh be happy with only sensitive teeth after 4 drinks. You're probably about to have a stroke.

Lisa_trafficshop 05-03-2012 12:22 AM

Mine do as well ( And not only this, i hear that energy drinks effect your sight.

BIGTYMER 05-03-2012 12:22 AM

Start brushing with Sensodyne.

Specially with Vodka in them :1orglaugh

Deputy Chief Command 05-03-2012 01:26 AM

duh!! those energy drinks are straight poison! don't understand me wrong I will have them from time to time.. but better not drink too much of them , they are really bad for you ..

try brushing your teeth after each one . and you will be fine .; of course burshing your teeth that often is not really practical .. but if you must drink those that is really the only thing you can do I think

Chosen 05-03-2012 01:42 AM

Then stop drinking enrgy drinks...

it's "normal" the sugar etc attacks your teeth

I have it too... also if I drink too much wine, champagne etc

"GGG" Guenter 05-03-2012 10:19 AM

But of course every one react maybe other on the high energy from this :error

Never had an energy drink. But tons of sugar will make your teeth hurt of course.
Tooth whiteners are supposed to make some peoples teeth unbearably sensitive.

BlackCrayon 05-03-2012 10:47 AM

that stuff is poison. were you unable to function before it existed? just don't drink that crap.

going to have to agree with this statement.. probably safer drinking gasoline..

you want an energy boost? eat more foods with b vitamins in it. make sure your getting enough vitamin d too.

IdealImageMgmt 05-03-2012 11:18 AM

First off, you shouldn't be drinking energy drinks they're guaranteed to cause serious health problems in the near future. If you're lacking energy, then you should rethink your diet and sleeping habits.

x2 of just take a friggin caffeine pill if you need a fix THAT bad. If those are non-sugar free youre taking in 208 grams of sugar a day just from those alone. thats about 1/2 of a pound of sugar alone. Enjoy your future health problems :thumbsup

I've been guilty of drinking Red Bull most days recently. I'd rather not but some days I just have no energy at all.

I take note to a point made earlier though, and need to start thinking more about my diet and sleep patterns...

shake 05-03-2012 12:29 PM

Probably all those chemicals eating away your tooth enamel.

L-Pink 05-03-2012 12:31 PM

Can't find blow in your area?

Dirty F 05-03-2012 12:33 PM

I can't believe you even have to ask that.

It scares me to see how much sugar people put in their body daily.

its unreal man, i have a neighbor that drinks nothing BUT soda. 1-2 2L's per DAY. Might as well just start on insulin now....

scottybuzz 05-03-2012 02:59 PM

it will be interesting in 20 years when these drinks finally start showing their long term effects.

VenusBlogger 05-03-2012 03:44 PM

just wondering, how do some CELEBRITIES do to get one TEETH WHITENING PROCEDURE per month and not feel any sensitivity?

even two procedures a year will make your teeth ultra sensitive, so really wondering.

Nobody can't say this chick does not get at least 1 procedure per month:

Jesus, that's messed up.

bronco67 05-03-2012 04:47 PM

That pain you feel is the mothership trying to communicate with you.

bronco67 05-03-2012 04:49 PM

I just started on Monster Energy recently because of some necessary sequential all-nighters. After reading some of the comments here about those drinks, I'll be sure not to get hooked on it.

bns666 05-03-2012 05:07 PM

it's not only your teeth which are actually hurting from that many energy drinks.

oscer 05-03-2012 05:10 PM

Too much sugar ! thats what i would say

biskoppen 05-03-2012 05:20 PM

People die from that shit
