Looking for highly creative designers
 

I have ongoing mainstream design work for 1 or more designers with the following qualifications:
-Extensive knowledge and experience with designs in Flash
-Highly creative
-Follow directions and have an eye for details.
-Experienced with creating landing pages and ad-tools.
-Obviously you do modern designs and understand CSS / some javascript etc

Javascript aswell.

Im not sure your going to find that person wrapped up in one neat little package. Its my exp you can be GRREAT!! at one or two things... or crap/average at lots of things. Seriously, I dont know ANYONE with that complete a skillset (that is any good).

The requirements is not that hard. It's basically Flash and artistic skills that is needed.
Javascript you don't have to actually write, you do have to understand the basic of it so you are able to move things around, I would think most designers can do that. ?

No reason to be hip and groovy, I'm not paying anyone to look pretty unless you tell me how that would benefit me :winkwink:

Its the flash thing. There are a dime a dozen designers on here. But as for flash, the base skill level of most designers here for flash is loading up swish. Its a common problem I hear not just on the boards but on my icq too. "Anna, do you know anyone who does flash...."
"no, I don't".. is all i can reply.

And you sound like you want someone who is GOOD, not the run of the mill 50 post count "im a dezinor".

As much as i hate to say these words.. I think your best bet would be to hit up one of the studio's rather than seek an individual.
