KGucci 05-01-2012 09:00 AM

Hi Scarlettcontent ~ Check out SegPay.com :thumbsup 3rd party US, Canada, and EU IPSP.

Fire third party processors, you can't go wrong with CCBill, despite the bitching this week. They've been solid for many years and their APIs are the best by far. Those APIs are important if you ever want to do anything custom.

For gateways, First Data has something like 25% of the market, authorize.net something like 20%, and there's one other major one, then a million resellers. Stick with the big ones.

agreed CCBill are one of the best, been with them for 7 years now, no problems but high % charges :2 cents:

scarlettcontent 05-01-2012 09:43 AM

I should have asked which processing company charges the least %, and no need for a merchant account? a complete package ready to go.

Adding products to an existing account is very simple with the help of our Implementations Team. We will automatically combine all of your product's volume to reach a rate discount. I will shoot you an email to discuss further.

Hello,

You will find that EPG has some of the lowest % in the industry, very stable bank relationships, and a perfect record of on-time payouts since their inception in 2005. I would be happy to help you with our IPSP account system (EPGBill)

thanks

is it for the contentshop?

in that case good luck :2 cents:

in case you're incorporated in the EU i can recommend www.paysite-cash.biz - they were the only ones who gave me a transaction limit of 2000 ? and no monthly minimums - at 10% (or less - depending on volume). and i am with them for 5 years now

That's a difficult question without all the facts. There are many factors involved.

Check us out at http://cage payments.com and get in touch if you have questions.

We have a wide variety of sources.

Do you get the cheapest car, the cheapest house, and the cheapest web hosting too? I used to. I won't anymore.

If this is for a content store, you may want to look at our content store script. It's not the cheapest "made in China" crap.

If you really want the cheapest processing, epassporte was cheap, maybe you can find something similar.

Yeah, why put all your Eggs in one basket!

I currently use Epoch, Verotel and CCBill for CC processing in that order of preference at the moment :thumbsup

A merchant account will allow you to save money and using a gateway such as NETbilling with that merchant account, you will have all of the same features as with a 3rd party processor, much more control, and a fraction of the cost. Interested?

Thanks, Mitch

Quoted for truth. And... because I like it.

+1 for Harmik @ Epoch

set them as primary biller, and cascade sales as a secondary to CCBill to pick up some extra %

Its not always about the % as Epoch has converted better for us, so thats either more intelligent scrubbing and/or better page loading speed so punters dont have to sit around waiting. Better to have sale and solid repeat subscribers than someone offering great % only because they have scrubbing tighter than a ducks arse and you never get any sales.

Also their stats are fast enough so you wont have to sit around for 15mins waiting for them to load.

Plus they are a company with good rep and you'll get paid and get customer service regardless of your size. He knows how to pick a good thai restaurant too. LOL

Oh and finally, I dont work for them and am recommending them..

thanks guys!

Have you seen Middle Men? He did it by spending 15 minutes programming a computer. Never realised it was that easy...

no but I will :thumbsup

BNMedia 05-06-2012 03:04 PM

Edit. Epoch are OK if you can get passed their over zealous strict compliance regulations.
Had to pull them out of my cascade this weekend over something that's never been a problem with CCBill and Verotel in all the years I've been in business!

Didn't even have to contact anyone, he just typed into a computer and in 15 minutes they had CC processing. Maybe it was more magic back in the mid 1990s.
