Fire sale on A few of my free sites(nice designs)
These sites have virtually no traffic anymore, their only value is their nice design, a script or 2, and some marketable domains (and that is the only thing im chargging for). These sites wouldnt do you any good, unless you wanna start a new TGP or MGP, but have no design skill and such.

Anyways, selling 4 of my free sites. A couple use to have alot of traffic, but I have been concentrating on other things for a while now and have stopped updating these sites(some havent been updated for a few months), so they are now all virtually dead :)

whatever is not sold in the next couple of days goes into the recycle bin for good(which doesnt mean you can rip off the designs, unless you want your ball sac ripped out in return :) )

gets almost no traffic now(300 uniques per day). This site has a cool thumb script where you put a picture or MOVIE gallery into it, and it will AUTOMATICALLY pick a movie/picture thumb and crop it, and post it to the site. No need for gallery submiters to crop and submit a thumb. You get entire design and domain and what little traffic it has, plus the thumb script(which is worth $200 by itself)

Just out of curiosity...what is a fire sale?

damn meta, what the hell happened to americanclit?? that site was pretty big, i remember we had a 5k trade just a few months ago and then the trade died, i figured maybe it was just our trade that died, didnt know it was the site. :( what happened with all the traffic the site had???

as far as im concerned, a "fire sale" is one where im selling stuff cheap and if no one buys it, im gonna set fire to it and post picture :winkwink:

Generally when there is a fire in a clothing store, all the clothes get fucked up with a nasty smoke smell. So, the store discounts them heavily to get rid of them.

yeah bro, I know, the site was getting huge, but about 4 months ago I started working on other projects, and was updating my sites like 3 times a month! LoL
Last time I updated Americanclit was exactly 1 month ago. Im suprised there is even 2k of its traffic left.

Damn I thought AmericanClit was doing pretty good a few weeks ago! For $300 i might have to take your offer, one could raise the traffic back up alittle and make the $300 back pretty easily. But i dont think id have enough time to update it :Oh crap

yeah, that site was a favorite of my surfers too
I actually got it to 50k in a span of 45 days after it went live.

Anyways, Americanclit is sold now from the looks of it(waiting for the paypal)

Pipe, I was looking to have it custom made(as no one had a script for movie galleries), but someone was already working on it, so I bought a couple of copies from him.
It is still in beta, but hes planning on releasing it in the near future(dunno when)

The term "fire sale" is equivlant to "giving away the farm"

but since so many of you havent heard of it, maybe I am just hallucinating?
