Monthly earnings? Ballpark figure?

Earnings are around $250/month more or less, without any promotion or anything else. Most of my traffic is from SE and have over 75% Tier1 traffic. Depending of some factors you can rise earnings to $300-350.

No, posting quality content on reddit or tumblr( it can be wordpress, blogspot, thumblogger) and attracting visitors most of them from US, CA, AUS, GER, UK. And most important of that is they came from mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry). Make a quick tumblr blog, put some content, put an analytics, some ads(pay per click is the best) and your earnings will rise if you promote them on reddit.
