Trying to setup a new domain but can't see it, what am I missing?

I can ping the domain, nslookup also says the correct IP from my local box.

I get the same IP when I nslookup from my server.

I can load the page in lynx from the server and it displays fine.

But I can't load the site locally, in any browser, with or without www

No typos, plus the site loads in lynx..

    arrr?

Loads fine on my laptop.. Why would chrome, firefox and opera (plus I cleared cache in chrome several times) not load something like that? Cached at the DNS server or something?

Does it load in lynx locally or just on the server?

Works now thanks.. But I don't know what I was waiting for still? Like if the domain points to my box from here (and I'm using google's 8.8.8.8) then what could cause the site to not load, only on my machine in all browsers?

Local caching issue? I don't know. Strange but it seems your browser on the one machine thought it already had the latest info on it.
