Thank you for your interest in making a purchase from http://*******.com. For your protection, your transaction has been declined by CCBill but may still be eligible to be approved following some additional action on your part.

Paxum,epassporte,webmoney,moneybookers,paypal,payo neer,redpass and so on....
they are all debit cards and usually adult cc proccessors dont accept them due potential abuse(someone could buy tons of debit cards and use them to get high PPS on some sponsor)

BJ 04-22-2012 05:10 AM

lol poor people

Mrwww 04-22-2012 05:11 AM

i know most of those cards ... and of course, i no more use paxum for adult or betting or similar related things, as i know it is useless as epass was. but i never had problems with my webmoney card, in adult, in betting, in buying seeds or anything, all worked well, till today. anyway, that may not be the reason why i have to call them, right? if they dont like my debit card, just dont take money from my debit card, simple as that :2 cents:

lucas131 04-22-2012 05:41 AM

now, how many people get to that point, didnt wanted to call or didnt know why to call, so simply chargeback money in bank and no more use credit card for buying porn anymore? fucking ill if you ask me ... :2 cents:

your transaction has been declined by CCBill
declined means transaction not completed -- there was no money taken from your account.

1) find these files on FS services (e.g. uploaded.to) - Google is the right way to go;
2) pay via ccbill - they will accept your transaction because FS is not a high risk business;
3) enjoy.

:pimp

That is from webmoney or that was on the ccbill payment page return page?

I would check the webmoney account login page and again in 24 -48 hours.

Declined means not accepted -- look the word up. It can't be both ... So, find out at webmoney if you haven't yet ...

that was from my webmoney credit card issuer. so it was message from the bank that transaction was made. i will wait of course and look what will happen, i dont cry about the money, i am just a bit shocked how it worked so far. easier will be just block it, not to half approve it, touch the money and say it may go through if i will make some additional steps on my end like calling them :2 cents:

sojproductions 04-22-2012 07:16 AM

Rather than having a customer call it would be far more productive and successful if they had a live chat button, most customers won't call but many more will talk on live chat.

TMM_John 04-22-2012 07:21 AM

They could very well have issued the auth (which your bank could be showing), but they won't capture it (due to you not calling to verify) and it will disappear from your online statement. I'd either ask your bank what the status of the transaction is, or wait a couple days to see if it falls off. If it doesn't, then raise hell :)

Fat Panda 04-22-2012 07:33 AM

everyday ccbill is becoming more & more of a fucking joke.

lucas131 04-22-2012 07:35 AM

oh thank you all for answers. i have been in touch with the program owner and looks like they dont see any transaction, so looks like situation what john said, just statement and will be removed later. i was just a bit confused about those emails, for me it is strange chaotic solving of that situation. anyway, i hope it will be solved, will keep you informed :) thanks again and have a nice sunday everyone! :thumbsup

Barry-xlovecam 04-22-2012 07:41 AM

Declined - Pending - Approved (accepted)

The billing page should have said one.

seeandsee 04-22-2012 07:42 AM

I hope they will revert that back to you...

ruff 04-22-2012 07:46 AM

Wow, that's nice. So nothing really happened here at all? Nice.

nickutis 04-22-2012 07:54 AM

That's the shit with debit cards - when sponsors do AUTH, you can't access your own money (while with credit cards just your limit decreases for a while)

I remember that happened with epass card once - hotel did an auth reservation and then charged me full price. In reality it looked like two separate charges for the same amount until one month later when auth reservation was removed and money were credited back to me.

Just a thought. Maybe you should get answers directly from the source rather than a bunch of GFY forum experts on a Sunday. Pretty much the same as using GFY for legal advice.

WarChild 04-22-2012 08:56 AM

LOL @ not having a real credit card or understading how they work.

Nissim-Payoneer 04-22-2012 09:08 AM

When making an online purchase with a credit/debit card, the transaction is first "pre-authorized" by the merchant, and then reviewed to be approved/declined. The entire process takes only a few seconds.

In some cases, if the charge is pre-authorized but later declined, it may result in a pending pre-authorization charge. It's basically a hold on funds; meaning the funds never leave your account but are "frozen" until the pre-authorization charge expires.

Generally, pre-authorization charges are given an expiration date of up to 7 business days, though it depends on the merchant.

JoseSanchez 04-22-2012 09:22 AM

Happens to me a lot with my debit card at gas stations, they charge me $70 and then give it back after a few days. royal pain in the ass...

videoscribe 04-22-2012 06:32 PM

CCBill declined the transaction. Doesn't sound good. They are telling you to call customer service department. Money was taken from your card? That sucks. That sucks that you didn't get access. Of course, you didn't want to be bothered to pick up the phone - you just wanted to sign up online. Good luck.

We don't really need two Fatfoos on this board. Christ, we don't even need one.

SwirlsGirl 04-23-2012 12:57 PM

yes, a couple of others too (NATS programmes but maybe they use CCBill under the skin?), traffic is the same though.

let me guess were your march sales pretty decent, and then flat around the beginning of april with same traffic?

could be a coincidence
