This will be my first website, hoping to launch this in early to mid June 2012.

Anyone care to take a guess as to what this site will do? Also I'm looking to attend any affiliate and/or industry specific events in the Toronto/GTA area.

They have lawyers on staff. It costs them nothing to hassle you or take you to court, meanwhile it costs you money. They will bully you and if that means a lawsuit so be it. Personally I would not take the risk and establish my own IP.

Well we're gonna go ahead with it. I figured worst case scenario I will relocate the site and rebrand it obviously under a different domain name. Can someone show me where I can find upcoming events in the Toronto area?
