    For the last ten years our government has been militarizing local police forces with some of the most state of the art equipment imaginable through a program known as the 1033 Program, passed in 1997 by Congress to provide law enforcement agencies with offensive assault equipment for fighting terrorism.

              Why are the feds getting involved with local policing anyway? The Consitution prohibits that or any other federal action beyond the enumerated powers. Does the President, a former law professor, not know that this stuff, especially fedetalized health care, is unconstitutional, or does he knowingly
              disregard the constitution?

              A president who claims to be a constitutional scholar should be putting an end to this stuff, not doubling constitutionally unauthorized activity.
