I don’t know why this comes as a shock to anyone blacks are known for spitting in white peoples food. Jessie Jackson frequently bragged about doing that. Greeks are also notorious for topping off your meal with a few sprays of saliva if it’s sent back for any reason.

That's why I won’t eat in any place with a closed kitchen or if they have unskilled labor preparing the meals, and that doesn’t mean a 3 hour Mickey D’s food handling lecture.
