Difference between tax evasion and just not paying your taxes?
Makes no sense, if you get caught lying/hiding shit on your taxes you go to jail but when you just ignore filing taxes you just get fined?
|
with evasion you were lying/dishonest, the other just late.
|
With evasion you have falsely signed a federal document you are guaranteeing is true.

Intention is a big factor in severity of crimes. Think of murder versus manslaughter.

How about some tips? |
Friday's edition of the Middlesex News, reported that a negative and printing plate with $20 bill images on them were thrown into a waste basket in clear view of other employees.
"Anyone who would use a newspaper press of any kind, even a small one like this, which is a glorified mimeograph machine, is not too swift," Editor Kenneth Hartnett said in an interview. |

Whether it's the letter of the law, or bullshit accusations allegations on GFY, it really comes down to "malice". Which is the knowing, willful intent, to defraud. Most of the time there is no actual malice involved. :2 cents: |
Anyways, thanks for your help. I was counterfeiting and you'll never know the real story until I write it, but at least this amazing coinciendance let you guys know I'm not shitting. In case you don't know, that was round one.
Round two did me Raybrook and I was much, much better |
Did you pay the $2,000 bail with your money or theirs, lol. That's hilarious dude.

Just be a good little slave and pay your master. You don't want to anger him.
|
when you plant the shit on someone, even if they were doing it, you don't really want that in court and since it was a second office and they only wanted 18 months I was totally willing to take the deal.
But now I am totally straight and trying to live a california life style. |
There is NO law that obligates anyone in the United States to pay his or income tax.
Many have beat this in court by simply making the jury understand that there is no written law that obligates a US citizen to pay his or her income tax. 16th amendment |

And it's worse when democrats are in office cause they are against the right which tax evasion is considered part of |

If any of this "no tax" bs was true it would be all over the news and internet. No one would be paying shit and we would be in a deeper hole than we currently are. Don't ya think?

I think many of us have heard the stories about the people who supposedly beat the system. However, for everyone one of those rumors, there are hundreds sitting in jail, losing their house, etc.. :2 cents: |
Paying taxes is voluntary. The first time you volunteer you are in the system and therefore obligated from this point on. Like many other "legal" things you are tricked into giving up your "lawful" rights. I could go into a very lengthy discussion about this but my girl is wanting sex so maybe tomorrow.

Owing isn't a crime, I don't think, they just eventually take your stuff if you make no effort to pay. Most people who owe are probably more or less broke and that's not a crime. The IRS is allowed to do things other creditors can't legally do, so owing them is a bad idea. For example, they can pull money right out of your bank account. It's just not as bad as trying to defraud them by filing a false return or hiding assets. |

Was it a male or a female federal person? |
You are that kind of criminal who really wants to brag about what they're doing(or did). You know - the shitty kind. I can tell cause you won't shut up about yourself and almost no one is asking you questions.

Actually if you don't pay your taxes, I think the new penalty is that you are appointed Secretary of the Treasury, White house staff member, congressman, or senator.

the difference is the government weighs in on whether it is worth it to go after you or not.. you make burgers and fries wages they wont even bother.. you own the franchise? they are coming after you guns blazing. (no not literally)

Why do I say that's important? Because when it comes to tax dollars, "we should support solar energy" really means "the government should take your money, at gunpoint if necessary, and give it to the guys who own Solyndra." The fact that taxes = taking someones paycheck, at gunpoint if they refuse, means we should be awefully careful what we have taxes for. I vote "no" on pretty much all local tax-supported spending because I don't think it's right to take someone's grocery money at gunpoint in order to subsidize ANY company, or do anything that isn't absolutely necessary for society to function. |
