Theres no "set" ratio to maintain, but if you send them 100000 clicks and dont generate any signups do you think they are going to pay you .06 for them? i dont think so.

If you send them real traffic and follow the rules - traffic does convert.

Actually Lensman will pay you for that IF you've followed all of the rules. Odds are that if your ratios are that bad you're breaking the rules though

i would agree with that. ratios were pretty damn good for me, it was working out to like 10 bux a sale or something stupid. i was sending fairly general traffic.
