He brings up a valid point - dumb people vote too. I'm not talking about someone who is dumb enough to vote Republican or Democrat; I'm talking about dumb people that shouldn't be allowed to drive no less vote. One of my friends has a medical condition called "Water On The Brain". Basically, waste fluid from the brain fails to drain from his body, and it's caused partial retardation. He's fifty now, but functions as a sixteen year old which is when this started to effect him. He's had six car accidents in three years; Not only is he allowed to drive but he's also allowed to vote.

I wonder how many millions of others are just like him.
