And when you ask them what's up they basically tell you "we don't know, sorry". I seriously don't see them surviving another year, 2 at most with the way they've been going since xmas 2010... |
Mine is late too.
Great timing. Last time it was right after Christmas and this time right before tax time. :( |
Maybe I'll switch to RedPass too. Did the people getting paid via RedPass get their money?
|
Still waiting.
|
Easy way for them to force you all to use Redpass, smart move.
|
I wonder what the deal is because I haven't had the same experience at all. My wires have come on time for the last year I've been using them. I was supposed to get a wire on the 6th and on the 6th it was there.

They're on their second or 3rd ach provider and still can't figure out why we keep getting our money late.... |
back when i was on wire transfer they were only late a handful of times thru the entire year, you could almost set your watch to them at 8:30am they were in the bank. with their ACH peoples sometimes they are early, sometimes on the scheduled date, and sometimes seriously fucked up like 7 days late especially if there are holidays or weekends involved. I was told/promised that with Redpass everything would run on time, so I will try it out next month and see. In the meantime I'm waiting for some payments and will let yall know on Monday morning if everythings back to normal

As far as redpass goes, we very rarely deal with cash so it's not really a viable option for us :( |
I haven't really had any problems with ACH. Sometimes early and sometimes late based on the settlement date but it came every week. Even got one on a Sunday once. :)
|
Monday morning now, anyone get theirs yet

This has been on on-going problem with them. It's been start & stop. A few months would go by where the checks are all on-time, then all of the sudden, for not reason out of the blue, one is late a few days or a week. Or two or three weeks. And then maybe another month goes by fine, but then it's again. Like my partner (vdbucks) said, it's really been this way since a few years ago around Xmas.
I'm sorry, but any biller that seemingly has regular problems figuring out how to get me MY money on-time is highly suspect. That is why we have all but switched them completely off in our billing cascades in NATS. Fortunately, we also have CCBill, Epoch, Verotel & Netbilling, and guess what, NONE OF THEM HAVE EVER MISSED A PAYMENT. That should say all that needs to be said. I feel for the people who only have Zombaio and I highly recommend you obtain at least one other biller if you can. Not only are all of these delayed payouts a troubling sign, but also the lack of any concrete answers from them as to why it keeps on happening again and again. They are consistently inconsistent. I have zero confidence that we will receive our money on time from them, and I will not be shocked if there comes a day when they've gone "full Chris Mallick" on us all. (never go Full Chris Mallick if you're a biller) |
You get what you pay for.
|
take it easy guys, try and be more appreciative of the fact that you even have an account with zombaio to process sales...
They are a solid company with solid people from top to bottom who would never misrepresent your payout delays. So what if the motion of the monies gets delayed or swift corrupted from the timeout signal sent to the satellite server that had been disrupted by x class solar flare and caused a breach in the firewall for the datalink upload stream....happens sometimes...chillax be glad its only money that you are waiting for and not something more serious like an organ transplant... I think verotel, ccbill,netbilling...have a policy of holding the excuses and passing the monies... it's only when you *pass* the excuses, and *hold* the monies ...when you find yourself in this kind of "predictablement" |
I'm curious.
Those of you that mention switching to RedPass, do you not foresee similar troubles? |
Still no payout
|
calling them as soon as they open, dont really want an explanation just a solution. i'm sure they have the ability to push few buttons and send a wire out same day if its just a problem with their ACH provider

Anyone get an update on what's going on and when we'll get paid?
|
hope they didn't invest in a zombie movie starring scott baio.
|
What's even more curious is how they haven't bothered coming here to give us a generic "we're sorry, we don't know why" response...
Let's sum it all up... 1. Last weeks payment hasn't arrived. 2. Contacting Zombaio support literally only gets you "we're sorry, we don't know why" types of responses. 3. No damage control whatsoever on the public forum. Funds in motion? |

...but then I stopped laughing when I realized we're still waiting on our $$$ from them and that something similar to your joke could actually be a reality.:uhoh |
Guys...their ACH is horrible. It hasn't worked right since the beginning.
I moved my payments over to their Redpass a few months ago and haven't had any trouble since. Payments on time and the mastercard works great. I immediately load all funds that come in on to the mastercard so I don't have to worry about any "epass" type scenarios. I also try to keep the money on the mastercard under $2,000 at all times as well. Works great! |

Zombaio needs to get their shit together and stop with the generic apologies and lack of information. Once again, they are the only payment processor (of those we use anyway) who has ever - and constantly - had problems getting us our money. This is on them, not us or anyone else who processes sales through them... |

What I did was I started using my RedPass card as a business card. So instead of withdrawing money at the ATM, I just buy things I need with it. :) Hosting bills, programming, subscriptions, etc. Just saying...even though there should be no problem getting the ACH...it hasn't worked right from the beginning. So to get rid of that headache I went to the Redpass solution. |

No excuse to have the current technology for depositing money broken. |
I just got my money. :)
Thanks Zombaio! |
For those of you that changed to Redpass... When a payout is created, how long does it take for funds to reach Redpass? Because currently ACH and wire is almost 3 weeks from creation till clearing.
|
got 3 ach deposits as promised to me yesterday by support. they were not in the correct payout sequence, some are still missing, but its some money there which is better than none
|
I spoke to them and it's their partners bank in the U.S which is the problem just glad i'm based in Europe where their actual bank is ;-)
|
It's my first time to use Redpass for my Zombaio payout. I was using Wire transfer as my payment method way way back and no single delay. 2-3 days after request, money is in my bank.
Then i switched to Redpass thinking i could save few hundred bucks a month for wire fees. I requested a zombaio payout on May 8, 2012. Until now, it is not reflecting in my Redpass e-wallet. Live chat guy told me redpass currently supports only USD. My zombaio payout is in EUR, so they have to convert it before they send it to my e-wallet. They assured me it would not take weeks. One heads up, I think my MasterCard is being manufactured as stated there. May 8 since my payout request and counting.... It's May 15 now (not US time) |
