It turns out Winslet's bare chest itself isn't so much the problem, but rather, the fact that it is being presented in 3-D.

"Considering the vivid 3D effects, we fear that viewers may reach out their hands for a touch and thus interrupt other people's viewing," read a statement from China's State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. "We've decided to cut off the nudity scenes."

Not surprisingly, such a ruling isn't going over very well.

"I've been waiting almost 15 years, and not for the 3D icebergs," wrote one Chinese man on an Internet forum.

No word if he asked for a refund.

Boy the movie industry is doing that bad where they have to make Titanic in 3D.... But they should not have cut the 3d scene with the tits... Best part!

Kate Winslet is easily the sexiest woman in movies today. She'll be around and gorgeous for a long time to come.

But they aren't worried that people will reach out and try to touch other things - like icebergs or what not?
