Any doubt that Obama will sell us out?

No wonder gun sales are going through the roof. And Ron Paul. When is that tool going to stop wasting time and money?

Actually, if this race war shit keeps up, Mitt Romney will win. That won't really be good but then neither would an "empowered" Obama. There are lots of blacks, and they'll vote 96% for Obama, but the largest party is now independents. If this race baiting crap keeps up, we'll hold our noses and vote for Romney.

Haha. Race baiting? Do you realize that Republicans have run on the Southern Strategy (aka Race Baiting, "fear", "empowered" scary democratic Presidents) for pretty much the last 30 years?

So now it's the liberals who are responsible? :1orglaugh

How does the president admitting he has more flexibility after an election equate to selling us out and correlate to an increase in gun sales?

The story only has one ending, and it's not a happy one for the 99%.

Tom_PM 04-11-2012 01:51 PM

Remember Bush during his last 4 yrs? Wanted to privatize social security. Went on tour and flopped like a wet sock on the laundry room floor? I'd expect PRETTY MUCH similar results from Obama unless he chooses something thats actually popular to do. Like education or something moms and dads would agree with.

Because he has stated his position is anti gun, but he has done nothing yet, because he still has an election to win. After that happens, the shit will rain.

Fixed. :2 cents:

mynameisjim 04-11-2012 02:15 PM

Um....A President having more flexibility in his second term is a pretty well known and standard political concept.

Basically it goes like this:

1) Lean far to the left or right to get through the primary

2) Go back to the middle to get elected

3) Have all your policies watered down during your first term.

4) Go back and promise the base to do it right this time to get your voters energized.

5) Go back to the middle to win the actual general election.

6) Have one year to actually implement a policy or two.

7) Lame duck President

8) Turn it all over to the other party to do it all over again.

That's pretty much U.S. Presidential politics.

As a gun owner myself, I'll pay close attention. The flexibility comment seems like it wasn't as sinister as some believe. I think he was just saying what he had to for international tension easing. I'm sure he's not the first leader to blow smoke up another leader's ass.

Yes, now it is the liberals AND the religious nuts. Get it? The extremes from either party are bad, and voters are telling you that with their feet. We voted in Obama on the message of Bush sucked ass and racial harmony. We are getting more Bush (wars and deficits) and racial disparity. Romney isn't good either, pal, he's a super rich extra religious sack of shit with zero understanding of most (99.9999) percent of Americans. But I don't see Obama calming the waters and saying lets look for understanding and a better future. Are you saying that, or more tired "its the repubs, repeat repeat repeat". That shit is old.

You guys are VERY LUCKY to have Obama in the White house now, and you will be very lucky if he wins next November.

Do you really think that Fucking Romney or any other republican nominee would do your country any good at all? Thanks to Dubya you were hanging on by a thread already.

What do most republicans seem to stand for? Let's make a short list:

- Removal of Medicare
- Removal of women's right to health care and family planning
- Voter Suppression
- Lower taxes for the rich
- Higher Traxes for middle Americans and the poor
- Oil, Oil, Oil, and more subsidies for filthy rich oil companies.
- Suppression of clean energy such as Solar, Water, Wind
- Pro Cathlic Religion anything
- Anti any-other-religion anything
- Suppression of rights.
- Incredible eagerness to start a war and invade another country
- Suppression of Education
- And lets not forget : Guns, Guns and more guns.

How the hell anyone can claim that any republican in office is doing ANYTHING good right now is beyond me.

Santorum : STUPID, NUTS, CRAZY.

Romney : Liar, flip-flopper, spineless, unconnectable, boring.

Gingrich: Idiot! Liar, Clueless.

Herman Cain : Unqualified, period.

Bachman : Batshit Crazy. Holy fucking cow what an idiot.

Palin: Very unqualified. An actor like Regan. Put in place without testing knowledge. Said what she was told and loved the attention and now she's crazy.

Pretty sure that is inaccurate. America has only had one Catholic president ever. And very few people on this board were probably even alive the last time the USA had a Catholic in the White House.

Only douche bags are buying guns because of Obama fear. Under Obama guns laws are looser than they have been in decades.

Laughable how gullible, ignorant, bigoted and complete ass wipes most vocal gun owners I know are - and this is being said by someone who has owned and carried guns for more than 30 years.

Don't believe me? Go to any of the large gun and SHTF forums and see what these idiots think and how narrow minded most of them are.

There are no bad guns. There are bad people.

PS: If you are of color, Muslim or an atheist. YOU should be afraid of these people.

As I was not impressed with who the right had running, the fact that things are better is because of a Very Big Credit card.

When it comes time to pay the bill, Ouch! Oh wait we will get the Rich to do that, and they will pay it with a smile and not raise prices on products, because they do not care about the profits the stock holders are looking for...

So what? That is your worst fear - immigration reform? It's fucking hilarious. With all the problems we are having, you care about a bunch of uneducated spics infiltrating our country. :1orglaugh who fucking cares? I love Mexicans. I have to admit the one problem I have with Mexicans (cause I am living in California) is they don't understand "the customer is always right" concept. They think "I have a taco stand so you have to kiss my ass". They dont' get that every fucking Mexican has a Taco stand so you can go anywhere and personality and ass kissing accounts for more.

Suppression of education and rights? :1orglaugh

Forget the pro-Republican or Democrat argument for a minute. Let's tackle the "VERY LUCKY to have Obama in the White house", bullshit.

If we are so lucky why is the unemployment average for Obama over 10% with over 4 million people underemployed?

12 million people more added to food stamps.
Gas prices have gone up 2-fold
45,696 pages of new regulatory rules were added to the Federal Register.

If we are all so lucky, I wonder why 7 members of his economic team resigned?

How about spending $26 billion on the EPA and plans to spend 10s of billions more?

Most small to medium companies can?t afford to provide comprehensive health insurance to their employees. If business can?t provide it now, the unaffordable of comprehensive insurance will be transferred to the taxpayers. Subsidies will be provided to the new insurance exchanges and we?ll have to borrow trillions of dollars more in the coming years to pay for it.

If Obamacare will succeed in providing comprehensive health insurance to another 30 million people, it will be oh-so-magical, (and if you believe that, you're a moron).

The simple fact is most small and medium sized business CAN'T afford comprehensive insurance now and won?t be able to afford it in 2014. Lets see the effect that has on unemployment rates. :1orglaugh

Which all fits into the FACT his 'regulations' on big businesses and banks eventually end up costing consumers. This isn't rhetoric or Republican nonsense, Obama made everything a regulatory NIGHTMARE; banks raised rates, businesses fired millions of people to compensate, gas went up, taxes went up, etc, etc. It's not fear mongering or bullshit, IT'S ALREADY HAPPENED!

It all goes back to the uneducated and ignorant thinking Obama is some sort of 'hero' because he wants to provide the whole country with healthcare, make running a business a government regulated nightmare or tax the living shit out of the wealthy.

Big banks and corporations aren't focusing on what's fair you dumb fucking morons, all that matters is their bottom-line, (and it's been that way FOREVER). Take away from their bottom-line by forcing regulations and mandates, they will fire people and raise costs to consumers to get it back. You know, you would THINK that's just common sense. :disgust

No one said life was fair, that's just how greed in this country works. If you want everyone to be on a level playing field move to Europe or fucking Canada.

You can all live in an equal sized flat, drive similar cars, earn a similar amount of money after taxes, get taxed 80% on gas, have outrageous sales tax, mediocre health care and have similar opportunities.

America is the land of opportunity, where the 1st generation immigrant living next door can be a millionaire with just an idea.

Ever wonder why over 86% of millionaires abroad are the product of inheritance? Ever wonder why Facebook, Youtube, Google, Microsoft, Linux, Intel, Twitter, Adobe, Apple, etc, etc were all started HERE by people with little to NO capital at all? Hmm, I wonder where those little start-up companies would be without venture capitalist, business loans, investors and BIG BUSINESS, (not government bureaucracy in your shitty country where everything is "fair").

If they were born anywhere else they would be NOTHING. You probably wouldn't be browsing this site right now. The fact of the matter is, if you can't see the damage Obama has done you don't have the first fucking clue about what America is all about.
