Aussie prison officer bashing inmate caught on video
 

Here is a security camera video from inside the prison cell in New South Wales, Australia, a prisoner with hepatitis C spat into the face of a prison guard, the guard lost it and and went into the cell and bashed fuck out of the prisoner. Looks like now, the prison guard of 20+ years will lose his job over it, "The corrective services union says the guard involved is facing charges, a possible jail sentence of two years, and is living in fear of contracting hepatitis C". The prisoner got just 2 months, yes, just 2 months added to his sentence for spitting in the prison guards face.

What do others think, was 2 months long enough?

On the radio here in Aus some have said the prison guard didn't give the prisoner enough of a floging. You be the judge.

no, 2 months isn't enough for the prisoner and the guard should have beat the living shit out of him.

Not being a cop, getting spit in the face is one of the few things I can not handle. I use to play hockey and for some reason opponents would do that once in awhile. It is so insanely disgusting to me that it sets me into a black out rage. I hate spitters, swallow that shit bitch!

There's no doubt the prisoner is a scum bag and there should be charges against the prisoner of serious assault considering he spat at the prison officer. However there were three prison officers involved and they should be acting lawfully no matter what they are faced with.

they should have killed the worthless piece of shit. cameras need to be removed from jails and prisons

Was working one of my first jobs many years ago (building site). One of the roofers thought it would be funny to spit on me from the roof. That was fucking disgusting and ended up costing me a fortune in having to pay to fix his car.

If it wasn't for the disease, spitting isn't that much worse than what many ppl here call "trolling".

Also isn't he more likely to get infected from the blood from that beating than one spit?

Well we may not know the whole story but from what can be seen they both deserved some punishment, though 2 years sounds too much, and if he does get an infection that's another thing.

The guy had fucking Hep C, I would've done the same thing too.
