Haha, thats a riot man, talk about a marketing tool, i might have to check in with you on that when you get your site up haha, maybe we could imprint my face on the tips? and i can give them out to my girl friends as gifts, that'd be a riot. I'll let you know about that man, but thanks for the heads-up hahaha... :1orglaugh |

Are these items silk screened or do you use some kind of heat transfer to apply the design to the t-shirts etc?
the former is good, the latter sucks. |

i respectfully have to disagree. like most other technologies, heat-transfer quality has advanced since the days it suked. the quality has even surpassed silkscreen when it comes to the number of colors printed. compare a silkscreened photo v. a heat-transfer and you will be amazed. and with logos being created in full-color,heat-transfer is becoming the preferred choice to transfer your image to garments. we can even print full-color on black t-shirts now, which could not be done just 8 months ago. it does not suck. |
stitching is the way to go--fuck heat transfers... Cafe Press is flooding the world with shitty iron-on junk... real embrodiery seperates quality goods from cheap promo.

while it's no secret that cafepress products are sub-standard, their poor quality is not due to the printing process, it's a result of their automated set-up.
as you prolly know, an image optimized for the web is not an image optimized for printing. they print what you upload. no optimization. we have a more hands-on approach and optimize every single order prior to printing , ensuring it is of the highest quality. we're on track to hit 2500 units printed since 1.1.03 and we have yet to have an unhappy customer. :thumbsup |
