Yes, The fish are running again, never seen so many, there was probably around the 50 mark back there yesterday. As it is spring, they are trout.

Hey Julius, can your Dobe swim? Mine couldn't. He loved the water but anything that required him floating.. just resulted in lots of splashing, and me having to rescue him.

Good idea! Let the horny trout get through to breed, and then catch the slackers...later you can catch the stud salmon. Yummy win-win. :)

yes, I have posted shots of bbq'd fish in the past. Usually I just let the neigbours fish there, then they give me a fish as a present :winkwink:

Ah yes, I think I remember that. Do you smoke any of the fish? I don't know if trout would be good smoked, the only fish I have eaten that was smoked, was salmon.

nawwwww. I been living here for a lot of years, so basically, if I dont eat them , I wont catch them. I much prefer others to do the work, smoking them etc. I enjoy watching them more now:winkwink:

The funny thing is, even though it's all country, I'm 5 mins aways from all shopping etc. It's a little hidden pocket, in the north end of the city :winkwink:
