software for CRM and lead capture
 

Hi.
Setting up a site for a client.
I need to capture leads from a form and would like them all stored into a database then some CRM software to mange the follow ups and pass them on to the correct department.

Anyone?

http://www.sugarcrm.com pretty complete but a bit complicated to get started.
http://highrisehq.com simple for small biz
http://saleforce.com very effective , but take care if you fill their form .. their really know how to use their software.. they wont give up... EVER !

how can company as big and successful as http://www.salesforce.com be so stupid to not have an "english" link when you view this site from a foreign country :(
