It IS zero calories and zero fat for all practical purposes.
You spray it for one second to lightly coat the pan. Then, you cook your omelettes for you and your lady, with four eggs, some ham, and some cheese. Then you wash out the pan, which still has half the PAM on it. So yes, you each eat 1/4 second worth of PAM oil, several milligrams, along with the hundred grams of fat in the egg, ham, and cheese omelette. The milligrams of oil from the PAM - nothing, totally insignificant compared to even just the cheese that's on that omelette.
