Megaupload User Demands Return of Seized Content
|
In spite of all of the negative publicity, I hope regular users of MegaUpload get a chance to regain their files. I doubt it, though, as The United States is about as free as Soviet Russia was twenty years ago.
Sharing copyrighted material is bad, mmmkay? But when sharing personal work that YOU created gets you the same fucking joke of an FBI warning... Maybe your country should just take a little look at history. Rome wasn't built in a day. The United States was... And the United States is all but done. The shortest-lived empire in the history of human civilization. It was a good two hundred and thirty-six year run, though. Two hundred years ago your forefathers would have taken up arms. Do you honestly think that your forefathers would have accepted the shit that is spilling out of the mouths of any politician alive today? Really? Not a single one of your great-great-great-grandfathers would accept the pile of stinking bullshit that is America today. My (late) grandfather was embarrassed about the now corrupted ideals he sacrificed four years of his life - and his left lung - and the birth of his only son - for. Its heart-breaking to think that so may men sacrificed their lives for nothing. There is no truth. There is no freedom. All empires die. Dear America... Just blow the fucking world up. No matter what you do the planet will still be here. It will not ever miss us, nor will it ever be affected by anything we've ever done. P.S. I would put this in spoiler tags, but hey! Its GFY! I'm not angry - I'm resigned. I care about my grandchildren and my great grand-children. Thankfully my own kids are intelligent enough to realize that bringing a child into this world is a really stupid thing to do. |
Poor fellas.

I have a feeling eventually the innocent victims will get their data back, but I won't be shocked if it is not until after the trial.

Well maybe they just shouldn't trust their valuable data to a criminal organization. If people are silly enough to store their valuables with a service of such questionable repute then maybe they got what they deserve. As for costs incurred by Carpathia, perhaps that will be a deterrent for other hosting companies that may entertain such clients. Fuck em!

Don't depend on "web tools" alone keep local backups -- storage is cheap ... |
why would the government want evidence to be destroyed
If mega upload is actually guilty why would you need to prevent them from having access to the evidence they "want" to prove their innocents. |
he wants access to his copy of windows vista he has uploaded
