Feature #1 - Full year's worth of posts. A % appear on the site already so they can draw search traffic and facilitate internal deep links. The rest are scheduled to publish for the rest of the year.

Feature #3 - Most content is Search engine optimized but also geared towards social media. This means focusing the content on themes with viral hooks.

All sales are covered by our privacy policy. People who get on the notification list get only notified if a site or network is available. Only ONE notification is sent per available site or network. Currently incubated sites are not disclosed due to competition issues.

Feature #4 - All sites have their own FB Page and Twitter feed.

Feature #5 We are using optimized themes. Also, at least 2 affiliate programs per site.

Feature #6 Have actual sites for sale instead of just bumps ;)

We sold an academic network. We have a few dozen other blogs/sites under incubation right now.

It is a notification list when a site or blog network is ready for sale. We only sell when a site has shown sustainable traffic and income level. We only mail out when there is a site ready for sale. Get on the list and get notified.

Whats the average cost of these sites? General idea at least?

Kyser, $5 don't have any actual sites for sale... Just building up emaillists. Signed up for it two months ago, no email.

We only send a notification when a site is ready to sell. Since we only sell if the sites generate income, as you can tell this means the incubation wait is longer. We sold a network of 35 blogs to a buyer who wanted a whole set. This cleared up our inventory. We do have newer sites in incubation but it takes quite a while.

The whole point of the notification list is to send you email ONLY IF there is a site ready to sell. That is the ONLY TIME you will get a notification. NO SPAM! You are welcome to UNSUBSCRIBE at any time if it is taking too long for your personal tastes.

$5 how long time do you spend building a site? What multiple are you asking? Bored waiting for that email... :)
