Dear ClassyContent.com webmasters.
Our script has just sent 10 test new user notification e-mails within an hour Mailing script sent it for some reason 10 times. Coder made a mistake. i reseted the server. so finally it stopped. Feels very bad. I take responsibility and i appology for it. I hope it is not a big deal. Obviosly it was not a spam but was a maling script mistake. I was trying to make member notification about member email. Many users asked me to do SO. One thing is now I am afraid to send appology e-mail. Shall i sent it now? Or send tomorrow? What do i do. Many of you are mad guys. and you can get man, For you FORGIVE me second time. What do i do NOW to soften THIS FUCK UP??????? |

I'd say go ahead and send out a quick sincere apology and a brief explanation. Make sure it shows in the subject that it's an apology. If the same message was sent ten times it should be obvious to anyone with a brain that it was unintentional.
