It seems they don't care about the amount of lives ruined because of some dumb sluts deciding to cry rape, when no such thing has happened.

That's why this story doesn't actually surprise me. I've read similar shit a few times before. There's actually a huge campaign on tv here just now about rape and encouraging women to report basically everything, even if their boyfriend fucked them rough. That's rape now apparently.

Instead of encouraging even more false claims, they should be spending their time trying to educate woman about how much harm it does to actual REAL rape claims, since the police struggle to believe many cases simply because all the false lying whores making shit up...

I don't believe what I am reading here. How can something like this be allowed to happen? How can the DA just shrug this off like it's no big deal?? This case should scare the daylights out of all of us. That could easily have been you or me sitting in a jail cell for 9 years for nothing. For the people who prosecuted this man.....how can they live with themselves??

Happened here to a footballer a few months ago.

Some bitch claimed he raper her. She remained anonymous. After his name and career being dragged through the mud, she finally admitted she made it up.

What happened to her? Nothing. Has she been named yet? Nope.

So basically a guy almost lost his career and was branded a rapist, yet she goes about her business, and probably will do the same to someone else at some point.

Like i said before, rather than encourage all these rape reports, why don't they make it clear that any false rape claim will result in a lengthy jail sentence.

Then and only then, will real rape cases get dealt with properly...

I would be interested to see how the initial case went and what they did to "prove" he was "guilty." Did this girl create fake evidence? Seems too young for that. I'm curious if the mother had any involvement.

Prosecutors are really good at their job, which is to advocate on behalf of their client.. Sadly it's not to seek the truth. A good prosecutor would have you send your own mother to the slammer when you knew she was with you all day.

Apparently the bitch was truly evil. She came up with a solid story. Created a journal with multiple entries that mentioned her dad molesting her.

She then convinced an adult at her school that she was molested and created a secret "word" that she would say to the teacher that meant that she had been molested again.
