Anybody from Pimproll here?
I have sent a few emails and icq but no answers.
I have not used them in awhile and need to know my password. I get emails from them so I know I have an account. Don't want to sign up for a new account if I don't have to. |
From what ive seen, they have quite a few guys that goto the phoenix forum and it just ended yesterday, im sure theyre playing catchup and will respond soon.

I asked and or took my support question to their support board pornosells.com, at that time i did not have icq working, and the support person said they were sending a reply to which i never got a few times. There email address is white listed on my server and i have got their promp emails for the last 6 years. I even supplied a screen shot of the email inbox with promos getting received on the same day i was not getting a reply to their webmaster email addy for a ticket number or reply to my support request. I got no problem with pimproll, i am only bringing this up also, because it happened to me as well, not getting a ticket number when i was told i should have one. |

I responded to each of those tickets promptly as usual. We have had issues with getting through peoples email securities as of late. I'm available on icq usually around 9-10 hours a day during business hours during the week est.
I should note on thursday I had a windows installation done so was a day behind on tickets because of reinstalling everything, but other than that everything is up to date. If you find you are not getting through to me via email please get me on icq. Thanks |
