Yeah, that's true :( Their backend, especially the exporter tool and their pretty much non-working referring URL stats, would need an update, too. Suggested a new feature to their rep via ICQ on Friday. No reply at all, although he was online.

I miss the days when Jim (spazlabz) was their affiliate rep :(

It's quite weird talking to their rep. I had a few issues that we eventually sorted out and he'd always end the conversation by saying something like "this conversation was a success" or "we have managed to find a solution to your problem together". It's the sort of thing you'd expect an educational game to say to a 5 year old after finishing a level or whatever.

The stats page was the thing that bothered me the most. Really ancient reporting system which didn't provide anywhere near the amount of information I'd like. But I guess it's good that they actually pay, even if they don't speak to you and provide little to no decent backend tools :p

Well, I wouldn't say little to no decent backend tools. They have loads of promo and some really good exporting tools. My biggest problems with RC are

1. Their referring URL system doesn't work properly. Maybe one third of hits even has a referring URL record at all, and if I'm lucky and I can find out where the sale I just made came from, the URL gets shortened. Meaning that I can see that it came from my tube, but not from which video. So finding out the top converting flv videos is impossible.

2. You can only select last update, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days or all as time span for the promo you export. That sucks of course, as I want to be able to enter the exact time span from my last update of RC promo tools on my tube until today, so I get all promo released within that time. Not possible.

If they'd fix those 2 things and hire an affiliate rep who actually talks to you, they'd be perfect, at least for me :winkwink:

Not too many ppl in here post actual screenshots, right? Believe it or not, these are real numbers. But you're right, I was thinking about it, if it's a good idea to include my refcode or not. Probably I shouldn't have done that, I certainly don't rely on those 2 extra dollars from referral money.

They do provide constantly updated Morphing Feeds and XML video feeds in Smart Scripts format (ideal to be used with Smart Scripts Tube, Nubiles Tube and CyberSEO scripts).

Stas, how about the feature requests I made above? About entering certain dates when you export promo and an improved referring URL feature? Is it possible to implement those anytime soon?

I also read something about Royal Cash 4.0 - would be cool if you could include those features into the new version.

I'm at about the same with them using blog traffic as well. Put a couple of galleries on the hun promoting them and not a single signup. I'm going to try out some of their other sites though.

who did the design for you, it looks awesome, didn't know that you could modify nubiles script so much.

We are working hard on it, I hope we`ll launch Royal Cash 4.0 with some new features (including yours) soon.
