Yeah it was dead so I think the company was good for her. And I take care of her way more then any pigly extra dollar tips for her flirting.

At the end of the night you should always be there is she is working alone. If she is worried about you not letting her flirt then she is not the right girl for you. Her job is to make drinks and be friendly maybe even flirt a little, but it's not to let guys think they will have sex with her later if they tip enough.

For every 10 customers that come in she will or has fucked 1 of them.
