Your frustration is normal, but if you expect to post great organic content and indexed, doesn't naturally happen 100% of the time. Meaning, you need a better game plan. Although I am in mainstream this method "might" work for porn as 80% of the words/phrases I target make the first page SERPS. 40% (eventually) make it in the top 4 and 7% make it number 1.
WTS, be reasonable on the phrase you're targeting. Great content at first is important, but not as much as you think in the first couple months. Before I even target a specific keyword/phrase you have to have it setup to look natural.
Meaning, after you dropped the blog post you first set up the BL's (resource only) in the same subject of that phrase/content. So when you do drop the post you immediately start to systematically BL the post. Depending on the BL format/site you then start to add replies to the BL posts using a proxy. :winkwink:
Back in the day people called me an idiot as I grabbed 1000's twitter accounts in Specific niches. I also got TweetAdder and spent months setting up 100 accounts with a minimum of 2000 followers per account and takes about an hour per account.
There are many other types accounts like this, but I've already given generous details. Anyway, the point is you can blog your fingers to the bone, but once you drop that post it needs to be followed up from solid organic looking BL traffic sources as if it was a hot topic. You should have this in place before you even built a blog or posted because pinging a blog post is so 2008.
All the tools/knowledge have been posted here many of times, but if you're trying to make money from blogging you need to master these four basic tools. Xrumer, CyberSEO, Tweetadder, and Dragon. The bad news, takes years to learn on your own and how to setup the method correctly. Meaning, keyphrase/words blogs/post are a luxury and actually the (party) fun part, but sadly it's less the 10% of the overall game plan.
Now for the people in MS, always have at least 2 adsense accounts. You have your first account on your rock solid older high PR sites. NEVER, publish on a new blog/site with your primary adsense account. There is an exception to the rule, my point. At times, posts on a new blogs rock the SERPS. You CAN have two adsense accounts per-blog and when you drop your primary on that post will insure a better CPC earning for the primary.
In short, Franck there are people who make a living sniping SE's with blog posts just to drop their primaries all day long on new blogs and why you're not seeing anything significant. <insert beep beep noise as I zip past Franck waving>
