cams whitelabel - when to give up?
 

I have a cams whitelabel that has over 5,000 unique visits on pure SE traffic and has yet to produce a single free signup.

Is it too soon to switch to another sponsor?

5000 SE visitors a day or 2 visitors a day the last 6.85 years?

Something is very wrong there. I was at 1:15 free sign up with tube traffic.

50-100 visitors a day for a few months.

I get 150-200 a day from "SE" its just not enough traffic hitting a whitelabel even if its mostly google

1,000 uniques is plenty to test free signups. I use three times whatever my expected average conversion ratio and that's usually quite accurate. So if I normally expect to convert 1:1500 I will give a sponsor 4500 uniques before I judge. Screw wasting 30,000 uniques. That might have been 15 sales with someone else. For frees I expect about 1:100 unique maximum to free so I would know after about 300 uniques with reasonable certainty how it would convert to frees.

edited: I see you are talking about impressions. Then you have to adjust for that with whatever your ctr is. ctr = 10% means 5,000 impressions is about 500 click throughs. But you probably have stats for that to use.

What keywords?

Install Google Analytics on every page you can, and then setup goals on the sign-up page and on the purchase page if you have access to it.

Then wait a few days and in Google, run the conversion funnel report. It will show you which pages you are bleeding traffic from , your bounce rate etc.

Cams convert very well - if you aren't converting at all there is a serious problem and GA cam help you find it.
