Buying Pay Sites, Traffic Sites, DVD Content, & More
 
We are looking to buy pay sites (all niches) and traffic sites (including affiliate programs). While the below is mainly referring to pay sites, I think it hold true for the traffic side more a less as well.

* The site must be established. This means a min. of 1 year, preferably two plus.

* The site must be making money, and able to show consistent revenue numbers.

* All 2257/docs/licenses required.

* Include the total number of models, scenes, pix, vids included in site.

* Dimensions on video must be 640 x and higher. We can't use 320 x stuff.

* You must include all traffic stats and their source.

* Please make sure you include all relevant details toward profit and expenses.

An example of these include number of server(s), licenses owned, or any monthly recurring expenses, net revenue after expenses, etc.. If you have affilaites or other considerations, please make sure those are included in your disclosure.

If you are serious about selling, please make sure you have all details available for a thourough review or audit. We will look at any properties or assets that will fit with our future needs. Pay sites, traffic sites, affiliate programs, website networks, licensed content or DVD libraries.

If you have something you feel needs an NDA, you're welcome to send over.

You're more than welcome to post up details in thread, or link to another thread on GFY if you have your goodies already listed. While I am looking for BULK content deals, I will look at anything you have. If priced right, we may take it anyway.
