Please review my site, I think it sucks big time
 

I just setup my first porn content site. I've been in the adult internet biz since 1996 promoting affiliate programs. I use to make big bank back in the day.

The site I setup is muffpiediner.com. I set the monthly membership fee at $19.95 per month with no trials. Threw about 3500 uniques at it in 3 days, mostly search engine traffic, did not get a single signup. Reduced membership fee to $9.95 and hit it with another 3,000 uniques in 4 days and got no signups.

What the hell is my problem? Can anyone tell me what the hell is wrong with this site! I mean $9.95 for 30 days is not much more than a 3 or 4 day trial membership on most pay sites. Geez, I am f*cking going crazy trying to figure this out.

Any suggestions would be most helpful.

It's absolutely 100% the same as 99% of all other porn sites out there.

Hey I think it looks good just ran over it real quick, I am on cable and for me it took a while to load some of the pages. Try pushing more traffic to it, should of gotten at least a signup though off the traffic you said ya sent to it. Also is it targeted traffic?

Looking a bit more at it, it seems to lack a proper theme. "Pussy" is a bit too broad, and "lots of pussy" doesn't really say much about the content of your site. Only close up pussy pics? Lots of muffdiving? A general hardcore porn site? What kind of site is it?

There's no personality to it and I don't like the name... just my :2 cents:

- Raise your price back up to $19.95 so at least the few signups will be worth something.
- Give it more time.

Oh yeah... what does your site have that's any different than what someone can find at any one of a hundred thousand TGPs for free? That leads to the inevitable GFY punchline...

Btw, how many hits did your join page get?

it's very cookie cutter vanilla but it still should have got a couple of signups. you need to send more traffic, too early to pull your hair out. Also you haven't told anybody the quality of the traffic, or if it's targetted.

The design is ok, better than some vanilla sites in some programs, but it is too cookie cutter. The Matrix content is overused on tour designs. Baffles me why people don't understand this - go to a guy like Ancher or Charly and give your designers some models that will seem 'new' to surfers since they haven't seen them 1,000 times before.

And there's something "old" looking about -- like the pics are dated. Plus the color scheme screams mid-90s porn.

seriously, the key is to make your site stand out and offer something no one can get anywhere else.

As has been said it's hardly 'different'. However yours goes a step further to making every tour page look the same on what's a very long and boring tour. Try to use more sales text on the tour and make it more exciting rather than just keep telling them over and over it has pussy. Really push the movies and live shows aspect as these wont (with any sort of quality) be found on TGP's.

Basically just try to make it more interesting. And oh yeah - if you really do have as much content as the tour says make it 19.99 or 24.99.

the problem is probilling. look at how many declines you have, this might be the problem.

It's very out of date, lacks personality and the models look like porn stars without you selling them as porn stars.

If you want real glamour you have to go to someone like Micheal Ancher at Glamour Girls and use his content in a tour. Then use the cookie cutter content inside.

I would say give it less text and concentrate on one or two things thing. Be a master of one trade rather than a jack of all trades.

Don't drop the price to a stage where you seem desperate or ripping people off.

But some good suggestions here, how many people completed the join form and got rejected, what kind of traffic?

Don't come to me for this kind of content, I don't shoot it. I shoot teens. But also represent people who shoot amateurs and glamour.

Try Joker Content or Mac Bumble, better shot stuff (IMHO) and less used on tours, I think.

Did anyone else get an error at the bottom of the page?

After a couple refreshes the error was gone...so, maybe I'm just an idiot.

Just thought of another very good supply of upper end pictures that will convert and not all over the net.

I think it looks very unattractive.

The logo looks a bit dumb and the content is really overused. You should try getting some less overused content and also get another credit card processor. And umm get a new design.

Same as all sites to me. It'll get the job done because the price is cheaper.
