Can somebody suggest a free to low level budget tool for managing link exchanges? I am referring go something self hosted if possible, I am already with Linkspun and jaytrades but I am thinking about a self hosted solution too.
Also, is there a tool to manage link AND traffic trade in the same place?
Also, this may sound like an absolutely DUMB question but I have to ask
let's say I setup a trade from my site A to somebody's site B then from him back to my site C, would it make sense especially when I am starting out, to BUY traffic say from traffiout trafficholder or whoever which can then flow through the trade as well?
