60 days ago I filled a dispute/chargeback, and got it send through paxum.
Choise Bank ask $40 to get a chargeback process started. Still not any fucking response from Choise Bank after 60 days! Money Is In Motion. :pimp |

Are you merchant or consumer? Sounts like consumer. Ouch that is rough but I kinda understand some kind of upfront fee to chargeback/investigate. As a merchant I find habitual chargebackers.

Call MasterCard. Just like how some stores say $10 or a fee to charge, that is against association rules and you can report it to them. Make sure this isn't the same deal. I've never heard of such a fee. Visa and MasterCard both market how you can safely make transactions using their card and this is the opposite of that.
