Redirect on special day/time?

Is there a way to have different mobile redirects activated depending on what weekday and time it is?

Say I want to redirect mobile users to Juicyads during weekdays but perhaps participate in Nastydollars $75 PPS special on Friday - how would one go about to accomplish that?

If you have a managed host, then ask your host to set up a cron job for you and explain the same details. Should do it I think. Essentially have 2 redirect scripts or code snippets and if specified date/time, use one else other.
