Way too many to list - among my favorites: Probably one of my all-time favorite songs by any band: One of the quintessential rock songs of all time: One of the songs I have played the most on electric guitar (at least 2,000 times), since it was one of my favorite warm-up songs: One of my favorite songs to play and sing on acoustic guitar: Great blues (the Stones were always known for that): Always liked the vibe on this one: Dedicated this one to my wife: In the end, It's Only Rock & Roll, But I Like It: http://www.100xr.com/100_XR/Artists/...ing.Stones.jpg :stoned ADG |

That is an amazing vid, never seen that before. There is so much going on and the tension is incredible. Some say this is the day when the 60's dream was over...... |

The event is best known for having been marred by considerable violence, including one homicide and three accidental deaths: two caused by a hit-and-run car accident and one by drowning in an irrigation canal. Four births were reported during the event. Scores were injured, numerous cars were stolen and then abandoned, and there was extensive property damage. This is what happens when you bring in the wrong security firm.....:helpme (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Altamont_Free_Concert) |

|
Honky Tonk Woman
|
This is Mick with Ry Cooder but the Stones put out a version too and it is a Jaggers/Richards composition so technically it is appropriate to the thread.
The best break up songs are always cowboy tunes... making skinny jeans cool since 1965! |
