Its always a close run thing with Sympathy for the Devil. But Gimme Shelter is a piece of music that I always seem to come back to. It is a work of absolute genius.

You beat me to this one. Ever heard Les Claypool's Frogband cover of it? "Satanic Majesty" is one of their most under-rated albums in my opinion.
