If I do not pay my affiliate bill my the end of this month I will give the top 15 affiliates one of my sites each. At the moment there are 4 to promote but I have loads more finished. I am so confident that everything will be settled I am willing to give my directnic account over to either KC from www.paycounter.com or Brad from www.sinhost.com (These guys are two you can trust 100%)

You will get full rights to the content but not to resell (I will not resell it either).

The top affiliate will also get the outstanding check that has fucked me up not being able to pay.

Why would you give the top affiliate the outstanding check? The outstanding check should be paid to all the other affiliates, no?

I have faith in ya Krome. Shit happens and if no one can understand that then well screw them. I hate not being paid to, I hate not being able to pay someone on time too. But at the end I allways pay up. RIght now im going through some shit with someone I will with hold the names They im'ed me threating me etc.. I send emails to them they don't anwser *shrugs* it will be worked out, I will pay them can't pay what ya don't have or get ya know. I ALWAYS stay out of these type of threads...but in this case, I think Krome sounds sincere and I give him credit for actually taking responsibility and trying to work out a solution.

Sure, this may be a ploy to milk a few last people before closing shop and disapearing, but if he was gonna do that, he would have already done so. It is my opinion that he should be given a chance to make things right, and I believe he will.
