Hi Overload,
I'm sorry you're experiencing difficulties. Have you already opened a ticket in the Message Center about this issue? If not, please do so and our support team will assist you. I will take a look myself and see if I can duplicate the error. Can you please let me know the following: Which section of the site were you trying to upload the image to? Under what category? What specific type of file were you trying to upload? (jpg, etc) What was the filesize? What type of browser are you using? Thanks, Ruth :) |

section: Protect users on this computer against password theft Login protection is a secret photo that will be displayed on this computer only. Look for it every time you signin to make sure you're on a genuine site. If the photo is different you may have landed on a phishing site. file is 15KB .JPG tried with FF and IE = E502 thx for looking into it :thumbsup |

I just spoke to support. Your ticket has been escalated to the tech department since our suggestions did not produce the expected solution. What you are trying to do; Login protection, is device-based. So every time you visit Paxum.com from the computer you are trying to upload the image from, that image will display before you logon. This way you will always be sure that the site you are visiting from that device/computer is paxum.com and not a phishing site. This feature is device-based though, so if you try to connect to your Paxum account from a different computer/device, then you will not see that image on display. Therefore, I'm sorry but we cannot actually do this on your behalf, since we are not on your computer. As soon as we have any news we will reply on the ticket to you. Thanks! Ruth :) |
