CCBill live chat problems
 

Hey CCBill!

There is a problem with your live chat. In Firefox and Chrome it works to go to admin.ccbill.com and click on the livechat link in the middle of the page as well as the "contact us" up in the top right corner but in Internet Explorer it doesn't.

It seems like the link doesn't get displayed/parsed right in Explorer, and I have included screenshots to show what I mean, please look at the mouseover link down in the left hand corner of each image:

When trying to explain this to support, they wouldn't belive me, saying that since I was chatting with him now, apparently it works. Trying to say I had to open up another browser, just to be able to chat with him and have my password reset so I could then login via Explorer because Firefox is giving me errors was just an impossible mission.

Please open up browsers yourself and go to admin.ccbill.com and look at the link down in the left hadn corner and please see for yourself that there is, indeed, an error. I've tried it on two different machines now and has thus been able to replicate the error as well as providing screenshots here above.
