Any epayservice users?

Hi

I have two checks (CCBill and Verotel) sent to epayservices on March 5th, but they never show up in my account.

I sent them one email but havent received any reply yet.

Are there any other epayservice users? How about yours? How long does it usually take for a check to show up in your account?

Thanks a lot!

I used them for Icheck, so it was kinda instant. Check was $3k+, last year. I scanned it and upload, they approved and I sent original check via transport postal company Pony Express in my town in Ukraine to Russian office in Saint-Petersburg, it was 3 day and it was there, then it took day or two of their usual cash process for this.

You need to wait out, when you send them the check and what was the service you used for that ?

She didn't send them the check, CCBill and Verotel sent the checks to ePayService, probably their US office.

Can't tell for Verotel, but you know that when a check amount is shown in the CCBill backend, you have to add another week before they actually mail it, right? Plus Verotel is a European company, so if it went to ePayServices US office it might take a while.

Did you use normal e-mail to contact ePayService? Or did you open a ticket? You should always use their ticket system, they usually answer within 24 hours.

Thanks for your reply.

They told me that the CCBill check has been received but not the Verotel check.

Verotel is a European company but its check is sent from Paymester N.V, inside the U.S.

Verotel can easily "forget" to send you check...
Happened to me before...
