I need the Irish Whiskey to make the Irish Cream, that store bought crap sucks in comparison.

1 cup heavy cream
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract

I was a bartender a couple decades ago and learned to make a lot drinks from scratch, like I make some really good Kahlua using 100 proof vodka
