Lindsay Lohan Hits Man With Car in L.A., Flees Scene
 

Lindsay Lohan was involved in an alleged hit-and-run on Wednesday morning.

The actress was trying to navigate a U-turn while in her Porsche outside of the Sayers Club in Los Angeles when she lightly hit into the knee of the manager of the nearby Hookah Lounge before leaving the scene.

Though police came to the accident site and later decided not to file a report since the man wasn?t injured, sources say the Hookah Lounge manager later went to the hospital and intends to press charges.

On top of that, it seems that when the car was finally pulled over...she had switched seats with whoever was riding shotgun.

so did the guy just stand there and watch her and think I hope she touches me with the car so I can sue her? If I see a woman driving a car as I'm walking, I tend to get as far away from her path as I can. especially if they're trying to park or do some other maneuver

Sounds more to me like she just pulled away too fast. "Hit" the guy? doubtful.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the 26-year-old manager was standing by his car when Lindsay was attempting a 3-point turn and she grazed his knee and his car. We're told the manager didn't know who Lindsay was at first and he told the paparazzi on scene and police that he didn't need medical attention. Cops say he was told the driver was Lindsay but he said he wasn't from this country and didn't know who she was. We're told a short time later he began complaining he was injured.

TMZ spoke to an eyewitness who also says the manager was fine and actually "got up and started smoking his hookah."

Seems he was fine until he found out she was worth some money.

Not sure how to break it to him, but he can not "press charges." He can sue her in civil court if he can prove damages but there will be no criminal charges filed by the victim.

She needs more PR
